Josh & Tyler Nelson

The Nelson Brothers were raised in the Food & Beverage Industry. Their parents owned and operated a franchise chain of restaurants. Tyler and Josh started working in restaurants as soon as it was legal, picking up their parents driving work ethic. Mom and Dad wanted them to understand the value of a job well done.

All it takes is a taste, and you will agree, it is time to S'wich up your routine and make S'Wiched a regular stop during your day.

Josh & Tyler built S'Wiched armed with the belief that too many other places focus on the wrong ingredients, the two embarked on the endeavor to deliver the best Sandwiches, Soups, and Salads. Fresh baked bread is fundamental to a good sandwich. Josh & Tyler purchase bread from the best local bakeries to ensure that the bread S’Wiched uses is the freshest, highest quality available. S’Wiched doesn't use the typical deli meat you find elsewhere; instead the restaurant focuses on seasoning and cooking ingredients in house.

Although the sandwich may be the meat and potatoes of our menu we have been known to enjoy a salad. Salad choices available just were not up to our lofty standards. Similar to our sandwiches, our salads combine our house-cooked meats with our fresh, high-quality produce and dairy products. We top that with delicious homemade dressings that create a salad that is the perfect meal, or accompany any of our soups and sandwiches.
